Ferric Oxide H2S Scavenger from Natural Gas Shale Gas Biogas
Iron Oxide Desulfurizer is made of iron, manganese salt and their oxide as raw material. It will be chemosynthesis processed to be active oxide first, and then be added with assistant and binder to form as columnar solid, featured of larger sulfur capacity, small resistance, high purification capacity and good water resistance, mainly applicable to the removal of H2S from semi-water gas, water gas, coke oven gas, natural gas, biogas, shift gas in petrochemical and fertilizer production, CO2 regeneration gas, and other gases.

1) Airspeed: 200-1500h-1
2) Temperature: 10-80 centigrade
3) Pressure: Ordinary pressure
4) Humidity: When remove H2S, humidity is as bigger as better, the best is near to saturated steam, but strictly prohibit to bring water to the bed.
5) Operating: It should be replaced by feed gas before operating, and improve the pressure gradually, then move to the normal production.

While operation, the iron series H2S adsorbents/scavengers are loaded in the dry bed desulfurization vessels. For each system, there're usually at least two tanks connected in parallel as follows. In this way, when vessel A is in operation, B should be in standby, which means when the output sulfur content exceeds the desired content, B can be shifted to working status immediately.
The system does not need to be maintained at ordinary times, only to replace the loading media when the output sulfur content exceeds the desired content.
