The raw hydrogen gas containing saturated water passes through a primary condenser, primary separator, secondary condenser, and secondary separator to separate the saturated water. The relatively processed gas (requiring a cooling source or circulating chilled water) enters the primary deoxygenation vessel, where it undergoes pretreatment at a temperature above 100°C with the aid of a palladium catalyst. This process effectively removes impurities such as oxygen and carbon monoxide from the hydrogen gas.After cooling, filtration, steam-water separation, it enters a two-stage parallel adsorption dryer filled with efficient carbon dioxide and trace water-specific adsorbents for deep treatment. This design avoids the preferential water adsorption function of molecular sieves and simultaneously treats trace carbon dioxide, hydrocarbons, trace water in the hydrogen gas. The dried hydrogen gas, after passing through a high-precision nickel tube dust filter, is discharged for use at the process point.
 
This device operates according to a self-programmed sequence and the control panel is equipped with selection control buttons, allowing independent selection of the regeneration cycle to prevent resource waste. All data is collected on the control touch screen, and any abnormal pressure or temperature can trigger audible and visual alarms, prompting inspections. The PLC outputs the 485 protocol, enabling remote control connection.
 
The device adopts a split design with the mechanical part of the open-ended pipeline and the explosion-proof cabinet for electrical control. The field equipment power supply part is equipped with a sealed junction box, and the hard pipes are connected to the electrical control box. The regeneration purge gas is connected to an explosion-proof device before being discharged outdoors at a relatively high point.
 
A pneumatic valve is installed at the cooling water inlet, which automatically opens during regeneration. The water consumption for regeneration is less than 0.1m3/h.
