Gas screw compressor is a special compressor which is different from both reciprocating compressor and air screw compressor. It has strong advantage of
(1)bare compressor is consists of twin-screw, no sliding friction, fewer moving parts, smooth operation
(2)Less wearing parts, lower operation and maintenance costs than other types of compressors. No gas valves, piston rings and other wear parts, only need to replace the lubricating oil and filter.
(3)single stage pressure ratio can reach 10:1 , much more than the single stage pressure ratio 3:1 of reciprocating compressor;
(4)runs stably, no pressure pulsation, flat ground is suitable, no need for concrete foundation and grouting;
(5) It is convenient to adjust the gas flow, which can be stepless adjusted in the range of 40%-100% with VFD and bypass valve;
