- The purpose of associated gas treatment is to process the recovered associated gas and stable gas, in order toproduce liquefied gas, stable light hydrocarbons, and dry gas, and improve the comprehensive utilization eficiency of oiand gas resources. In order to improve the recovery rate of light hydrocarbons from associated gas, the associated gasreatment adopts a medium pressure shallow cold oil absorption process, and continuously improves the cold oil absorption process to form a color retention technology for treating oilfield associated gas.
- The main utilization directions of oilfield associated gas are as follows: firstly, to deethane the oilfield associated gasinto light hydrocarbons and liguefied gas; The second is to recover methane from the associated gas in the oil field and then produce LNG: The third is to recover natural gas from oilfield associated gas and use it as a synthetic raw materiaor ammonia: The fourth is to use oifield associated gas as fuel for power generation, and the generated electricity can be traded in a market-oriented manner, Torch as is a waste gas generated during the process, and its components are complex. lt is necessary to consider the desulfurization and sulfur recovery based on the gas composition.
- The torch gasrecovery device is of great significance for environmental protection and energy conservation and efficiency enhancement, There are two basic methods for recycling torch gas as energy: one is to store it in a gas tank, then pressurize it to 0.6-1.0pa, and send it into the fuel gas pipeline network. The second method is to use a compressor to directly extract torch gas from the torch gas pipeline network, pressurize it, and then send it into the fuel gas pipeline network.
