Cabin Air Filters
Cabin air filters is used to filter the air that goes into the cabin to improve the air cleanness, protect the passengers and the air conditioning system from pollen, dust, bacteria, smog, industrial waste gas and micro particles.
By vehicle model, cabin air filters come in a variety of shapes and sizes ranging from square filters to trapezoidal filters or round filters as well as filters with or without plastic housing or foam sealing.
By function, cabin air filters are divided into single-stage cabin air filters (full non-woven fabric filters)
and multi-stage cabin air filters (activated carbon filters). Of which, activated carbon filters can provide additional protection against harmful, odorous gases.
FUNCTIONS
It helps provide high flow rate and optimize the air
flow in the vehicle heating & air conditioning systems
while filtering out all pollutant particles in the air.
It can effectively purify the air in the cabin and protect
the health of drivers and passengers.
In addition to solid particles, activated carbon filters
filter up to 95% of harmful gases such as nitrogen
oxides, sulfur dioxide, ozone, hydrocarbons, and
secondhand smoke.
The activated carbon layer also filters and adsorbs very
fine particles.

CABIN FILTER STRUCTURE
1. Filter media:
(1) Full non-woven fabric: Made of PP &PET non-woven fabric,
the multi-layer fiber design helps trap and filter particulate
dirt, and the dense folding design helps increase the dirt
holding capacity of the filter.
(2) The activated carbon non-woven consists of three layers:
the activated carbon layer is sandwiched between two layers
of PP & PET non-woven fabrics. The filter layer is combined
together through heat jointing without using glue or solvent.
The activated carbon layer can effectively adsorb bacteria,
dust, virus, odor, etc. and bring fresh air to drivers and
passengers.
2. Hot melt glue: Seal and fix the frame to make it fastened f
irmly.
3. Support frame type:
(1) Plastic frame
(2) Non-woven fabric frame
4. Optional seal sponge
